One of the most active musicians of our time, Les Claypool is best known as the bassist-extraordinaire/vocalist of eclectic alternative band Primus. After several years rising the local ranks of the Bay Area club scene, Primus exploded in the early 90's to unlikely platinum sales, MTV airplay and a Grammy nomination, while headlining Lollapalooza, opening for U2 in stadiums and becoming one of the most influential bands of the decade. Never one to sit still for long, the Colonel not only leads multiple musical units, including his Frog Brigade, Oysterhead (with Trey Anastasio and Stewart Copeland) and the recent Primus reunion tours, but also finds time to direct videos, write screenplays, and most recently a novel.

Even at sixty, the legendary keyboardist continually proves that age is no obstacle to creating new and vibrant material. Since mastering the piano at age three, Worrell became one of the greatest keyboardists of all-time. His first album with Funkadelic, 1970s's Free Your Mind and Your Ass Will Follow, began Worrell's four-decade collaboration with George Clinton, which still continues to this day. He also released several solo albums, and worked extensively with everyone from Dee-Lite to the Talking Heads. The New Jersey native has plans to tour with both CCBBB and George Clinton in the upcoming year.

The genius guitarist with the KFC bucket on his head remains a mystery, even to his friends. Reportedly, he was raised in a chicken coop, where he was often mistaken for a scarecrow and lit on fire. To soothe his pain, he'd retreat to a local graveyard, honing his guitar licks. After a few years on the carnival circuit, he was discovered by funkmaster Bootsy Collins, and a legend was born. To date, the guitarist has released fourteen solo albums, and worked with Praxis, Guns N Roses, Primus, and Viggo Mortenson among many others. When he's not jamming in C2B3, Buckethead can either be found playing shows with Brain under the Giant Robot moniker, or more likely visiting graveyards.

One of the world's grooviest drummers, Bryan "Brain" Mantia got his start in the mid-80s playing for the popular Bay Area funk rockers the Limbomaniacs. From there, Brain has become a much in-demand studio and session musician, having worked with Praxis, Buckethead, Guns N Roses, Godflesh and Primus, among others. In 2003 he worked with electronica whiz B.T. on the soundtrack to the award-winning movie Monster. He currently can be seen in Giant Robot with Buckethead, and will be touring with Tom Waits in the fall.
